Did a walk in around noon and they were slammed. Said we could schedule it for the next morning then said you know what they'll make it happen before 5 when they close. Got it done with a very extensive inspection with photos and info about everything honestly so much i dont know how they did it with the allotted time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a clean professional work environment. I'll trust them with all automotive work in the future. They also text you and print out a very organized itemized list which was very helpful for other repairs and the milage they are supposed to be replaced at. 10/10

If you are looking for not just the friendliest but the most transparent and honest group of mechanics in the city this is your shop. They went above and beyond in knowing that I had my catalytic converter stolen and did everything possible to reduce the costs so I could get my car back in the road. I recently came here for an emissions test, and I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only do they have excellent prices, but the entire team is completely professional and incredibly warm. You can tell they truly care a lot about their customers, and I experienced a deeply human level of care there - something that is honestly so hard to find at other general repair shops in Philadelphia. The whole experience was just incredible. I especially want to highlight Jennifer - she quite literally saved my life! Her customer service was absolutely impeccable, warm, and highly efficient. I am so grateful for her help. I will definitely be coming back here for all my future car repairs and maintenance. If you are looking for a reliable shop, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

They told me to come on in and they were able to atleast give me a diagnosis and they had the part the next morning and it was installed way earlier than I was told. It was a nice experience visiting this clean and organized shop. Thank you for the courtesy oil/filter change. Not many shops can afford this anymore. I was very satisfied with the front counter reception, the upstairs waiting room with service area windows, and the thorough multi-point inspection with photos, recommendations, and cost estimates! I’ll shall return in the future and also recommend to friends and neighbors!

The team here does a great job! I'm always able to get my car in within a reasonable time and they are quick to get it back to me. Everyone at the front desk is kind and takes every concern seriously. When problems come up with your vehicle they are well documented and explained, and they're honest with what can wait to be done vs what they recommend needs to be done right away. They go above and beyond and I always feel good walking/driving out of there.

I was recommended by a friend of mine. They did an assessment of my vehicle, and provided an in-depth description of the scope of work that a non-auto person could understand, lol In my situation, it wouldn’t make sense to move forward with it as the value of the car was not worth it. But with that said, the experience provided was of the utmost professional and over-the-top amazing customer service. I will recommend them to anyone and will certainly go back for any future needs.

A dedicated customer for 26 years. Schaffers is honest and dependable. I called as they opened yesterday to get new winshield wipers and they said cone now. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They checked my tires and topped off all fluids. Service you need and can afford.

Fantastic staff who are very welcoming and do a great job explaining what's wrong with your car and the process that needs to happen in order to fix it. They also get routine maintenance done very quickly and make sure you are comfortable if you chose to wait in the lobby. I've Come back to this shop every time I need anything done for my car.
